Program Flea Killer is a once a month preventative for fleas. Program Flavor Tabs does not kill adult fleas but will control flea populations by breaking the fleas life cycle at the egg stage. Program Flea Pills contain lufenuron, an insect growth regulator. Program Lufenuron are effective in preventing flea eggs and larvae from developing. This breaks the flea life cycle at its base and effectively wipes out the flea population. Program Flavor Tabs can be used in cats and kittens 4 weeks of age and older, and dogs and puppies 4 weeks of age and older. Program Flavor Tabs is safe to use in pregnant and breeding animals.

Since Program Flavor Tabs do not kill adult fleas and work at the egg stage, Program Flea Pills are more a preventative than a treatment. Because Program Flea Killer works at the egg stage, it may take up to several weeks to see the full benefits.
Administration of Program Flea Pills can begin at any time of the year. In geographic areas where fleas are seasonal, you should begin using Program Flavor Tabs several weeks before the expectation of fleas. If your pet already has fleas, you may want to use a product that will kill adult fleas such as
Capstar Flea Killer.
Description:
Program Flavor Tabs are available for oral administration to dogs, puppies, cats and kittens 4 weeks of age and older according to their weight. Program Flavor Tabs is a once a month flavored tablet for dogs and a once a month tablet for cats that is used to prevent and
control flea populations.
Program Flavor Tabs have no effect on adult fleas, but act to immediatley break the flea life cycle by preventing eggs from developing into adults.
Program Flavor Tabs are available for dogs up to 10 lbs (45mg), for dogs 11-20 lbs or cats up to 6 lbs (90mg), for dogs 21-45 lbs or cats 7 to 15 lbs (204.9mg) and for dogs 46 to 90 lbs (409.8mg).
Frequency Of Application:
Give Program Flavor Tabs once per month to control flea populations.
Program Flavor Tabs should be given immediately after, or in conjunction with, a meal.
