D-Worm Chew Tabs contains pyrantel pamoate, proven effective in removing large roundworms & hookworms. Works within 24 hours. Prevents reinfection of roundworms in puppies, adult dogs and lactating bitches after whelping. One dose effectiveness within 24 hours. No fasting required.

 

 

 

Directions For Use:
For Puppies and Small Dogs less than 25 lbs.

The presence of these parasites should be confirmed by laboratory fecal examiniation. Administer tablets according to weight.

 

1 tablet for each 10 lbs of body weight. Tablets may be broken in half to provide 1/2 tablet for each additional 5 lbs of body weight.
1 - 10 lbs 1 tablet 

 

Place tablet directly into back of mouth or conceal tablet in a small amount of food.
A follow up fecal examination should be conducted in 2 to 4 weeks after first treatment to determine the need for retreatment.

 

 

For Large Dogs 25 lbs and over

The presence of these parasites should be confirmed by laboratory fecal examiniation. Administer tablets according to weight. For dogs weighing less than 25 lbs use D-Worm Chewable Tablets for Puppies and Small Dogs.

 

1 tablet for each 50 lbs of body weight. Tablets may be broken in half to provide 1/2 tablet for each additional 25 lbs of body weight.
25 lbs  Give 1/2 tablet 
26 - 50 lbs Give 1 Tablet
51 - 75 lbs Give 1 1/2 Tablets
76 - 100 lbs Give 2 Tablets

 

Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container with or without food.
A follow up fecal examination should be conducted in 2 to 4 weeks after first treatment to determine the need for retreatment.

 

 

If your dog looks or acts sick, do not treat with this product. Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment and control of parasitism.
